Service has been completely restored on Exchange server MAGNUS.  The repair process on the final corrupted database took almost 12 hours to complete.  However, as a result, we were able to recover all the data.  Any emails that were sent to your mailbox during the outage will be delivered over the next hour.

We greatly apologize for the outage and it was totally unavoidable.  We will be sending out an email outlining the problem and what steps were taken to fix it.  If you have any questions, please contact support.

Most users on MAGNUS have service restored as of 7:45 p.m. ET.  Some of the mailbox databases may have been corrupt during the failover process to a new server.  We are working on repairing the databases without needing to perform a multi-hour restore procedure.  So far, efforts to recover/repair the corrupted databases has been successful.
